All of our proposals are designed to meet your goals and objectives and to carry out your vision. Don’t be surprised if we tell you “no” every now and then. We know what works and what doesn’t based on our experiences, the demographics of your group, your goals, your budget and the end result expected. We value your business too much to provide you with services that are not going to work for your group. A Murder Mystery works great for a sit down dinner, couples event but not for a group of car dealers with a mostly male demographic. But a rockin’ Casino night would be perfect for the dealers.

So for your next meeting or event, we might ask you the following:

• What is the male / female ratio?
• What are their occupations or education level?
• What activities are they doing during the day (or prior to the event)?
• Will their attire be formal, business casual or very casual?
• What have they done in the past? Has it been successful?
• What do you want your guests to say when they leave?
• Do you want interaction or passive activity?
• What is your budget?
• What is the most important thing to consider for this event?
